Terms and Conditions for Burdi's Friends Referral Program

Introduction
Welcome to Burdi's Promotional Friends Referral Program ("Referral Program"). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are in addition to the Burdi Terms of Service ("Service Terms") and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of the Burdi platform ("Platform").
Definitions

"Referrer" refers to an existing user who shares a personal referral code.

"Referee" refers to a new user who uses a referral code to sign up for Burdi.

"Valid Payment" refers to a payment involving a partial or full payment using a payment card and does not include payments using only Burdi points.

"Burdi Points" refer to the rewards earned within the Burdi platform.
Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program, you must have an active Burdi account in good standing.

Referees must be new users who have not previously created a Burdi account.
How the Program Works

The Referrer may share their personal referral code with potential new users.

The Referee may apply the referral code while signing up for a new Burdi account.

Both the Referrer and Referee will earn Burdi Points upon each Valid Payment made by the Referee within a time frame specified in the app (e.g., 30 days).

The specific number of Valid Payments that lead to referral points will be listed in-app and cannot exceed three Valid Payments.
Restrictions and Limitations

Burdi reserves the right to limit, revoke or withhold Burdi Points if Burdi determines, at its sole discretion, that the actions of the Referrer or Referee are fraudulent or violate the Service Terms.

Burdi Points earned via the Referral Program are subject to expiration, as set forth in the Service Terms or in-app.

Referral codes cannot be combined with other Burdi promotions or offers.

A Valid Payment does not include payments made solely using Burdi Points.
Changes to the Referral Program
Burdi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Rights to Cancel and Adjust Points

Burdi reserves the right to cancel any Burdi Points earned through the Referral Program if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Referral Program is being abused or gamed (e.g. paying to advertise your unique referral code).

Burdi further reserves the right to adjust, deduct, or remove Burdi Points from any account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical errors, fraudulent activity, or violations of the Service Terms.

Burdi Points earned will be cancelled for any refunded Valid Payment.
Disclaimer
The Referral Program is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Burdi disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By participating in the Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
