Account Deletion
If you want to contact us about deleting your account or anything else, please email hello@burdi.app requesting to delete your Burdi account with your account's first and last name, and the email address used to register your account.
Your account will then be deleted within 28 days and you will no longer be able to use the account to order and pay at any of our partner venues, you will also lose all your accumulated Burdi points.
As per our privacy policy, upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
